1. Business meetings
Between Hosted Buyers, who are qualified business leaders by our teams, and Technical and service providers, venues and event agencies.
These business meetings reflect the shared desire of the Hosted Buyers and the exhibitors to meet each other thanks to our matchmaking platform, the only one of its kind in Europe.
2. These meetings take place on the exhibitor’s stand throughout the day
and are timed precisely using the meetings agenda given to the Hosted Buyers.
Hosted Buyers can also visit the exhibition and see the exhibitors they wish between their meetings: Heavent Meetings is in fact an exhibition where each exhibitor has a real stand.
3. High-level conferences
A schedule of high-level conferences is organised at the exhibition at certain times of the day.
No meetings are scheduled or organised during the conferences.
4. Hosted buyers are completely taken care of
by the organisers: transport, accommodation and catering.
5. The Networking
Networking between exhibitors and hosted buyers takes place throughout the meetings:
On the first evening at the welcome cocktail reception
On the second evening, during a free evening for exhibitors to invite their customers and/or prospects to dinner or drinks
On the last evening, a gala evening including a cocktail dinner.
The result of this concept:
- In the end, the concept allows hosted buyers to solve their problems and find the company or companies they need quickly, which saves them an enormous amount of time.

As the spearhead of our sector, Heavent Meetings has a real opportunity to show the way, to set an example of what tomorrow's event will be like and thus to position itself as a forerunner in this field. For this first major gathering of the sector, I imagine that the organisers will want to be innovative in terms of content, concept design and transport ecology.
In these special times, we need to reinvent ourselves and, above all, to recharge our batteries. This meeting of experts and enthusiasts is a unique and privileged moment to discover innovative and inspiring initiatives. Now more than ever, we need to exchange ideas, to get together and to be enchanted. We can't wait for the Heavent Awards 2020!
It is very important to maintain this meeting of the actors of the event ecosystem, especially after this difficult period during which they have particularly suffered. More than ever, we need to exchange to reinvent the next world and Heavent should give a positive energy to this sector which will take time to get back on its feet.
It's important for me to be at this event. The events sector has been hit very hard during this unprecedented health crisis. But it is probably also a great opportunity to reinvent and challenge ourselves by offering innovative formats to our audiences. In companies, containment has saved years in terms of the adoption of collaborative tools by employees. I'm sure the same will be true for events: we will gain years in the production of digital events! It will be a challenge for the brands and their partners, but we will all succeed together.
As I am obviously unable to maintain our physical event and experiential systems for the moment, I have been redefining the interaction and engagement with my audiences (brands & agencies) for several months now and this reflection will continue in the coming weeks. I'm sure Heavent will be interesting in that it will give us ideas and inspiration. Event and experiential partners are key to my business and I am hopeful that the industry can recover quickly.
Even if it is still difficult to plan for the beginning of September, I would like, if conditions permit, to be able to go to Heavent Meetings and participate in the Heavent Awards. This post-crisis meeting will be an opportunity to see how the events sector, which has been very hectic, can reinvent itself by helping us to recreate links, to rethink our events in this "new world". It will also be an opportunity to learn about new and emerging trends that are likely to meet our post-crisis needs.
